Born in Ohio, Kent Hagerman began his studies at the Cleveland School of Art. After serving in World War I in France, he spent time in Paris studying at the Sorbonne. Hagerman and his brother later set up a large engraving company in Ohio where he created a great deal of commercial art and illustration using etching as his primary medium. |
