THE FIGURE REVEALED / a celebration of the human forma

.

Four artists, four different styles, one source of inspiration! The human figure has been a constant in the history of art. For some artists, the body's ever-changing nature represents the ultimate artistic challenge. For others it is a subject that we can all relate to and allows for a meaninful dialog between artists and viewer.

After three years, Adam Cave Fine Art once again presents a group show highlighting the finest and most innovative figurative artwork being done today. Pennsylvania realist Stephen Early and Japanese printmaker Mikio Watanabe will be joined by two North Carolina artists new to the gallery; metal sculptor Lawrence Feir and expressionist painter Lee Johnson. Each artist brings something deeply personal to this time honored subject.
